Informations de livraison
Le franco de port pour une livraison en Europe est à 350 € HT. Les commandes inférieures à 350 € HT /Livraison sont facturées 15 € HT/Livraison La Suisse, la Corse, les départements et territoires français d'outre-mer ont un forfait de 40€ HT indépendamment du montant de la commande. Les autres pays « grand export » (Canada, USA, etc) les frais de livraison sont à votre charge sous devis. Vous pouvez utiliser votre transporteur pour la livraison des produits. Les délais de livraison pour l’Europe s’étendent de 5 à 8 jours ouvrés. La livraison grand export dépend des disponibilité des transporteurs. Nous livrons principalement par les transporteurs DPD, TNT/FEDEX, DHL, CHRONOPOST. Le colis sera remis au CLIENT contre signature et sur présentation d’une pièce d’identité. En cas d’absence, Le transporteur reprogramme de manière automatique une nouvelle livraison le jour suivant ou un avis de passage sera laissé au CLIENT, afin de lui permettre d’aller chercher son colis dans son bureau de poste.

Vous disposez de 30 jours à partir de la réception du colis pour le retourner. Le colis doit être inutilisé et dans son emballage d’origine. Pour retourner le colis soit : - Merci de contacter par mail à support@yyvertical.com avec photos, preuve d’achat et explication du problème - Le revendeur prend en charge la demande du client et écris à support@yyvertical.com. Nous procédons au service après-vente en tenant le revendeur informé du traitement de la requête. Le mail doit contenir photo, preuve d’achat du client et description du problème.
